This song is the 3rd Christmas Single in the Lyup Music discography. It takes a break from the Elf Revolution plotline to instead explore a B-side plot line.
This song features a penguin who spends more than all of his money at a Casino. I don't wanna what happens after because that's gonna be part of the grand Christmas album.
Album art wise this is probably one of my favorite arts, especially for a single. It's goofy but also is actually drawn well for the most part. The background was lazy as Hell though. I just wanted something that'd contrast well though.
I like how psychedelic and noisy it gets at the end with the slowdown as the penguin realizes he just lost his last slot machine and doesn't have enough money. Most of the song seems normal and then POW! The crazy schizo TFOT-inspired unprompted tempo speedup happens which represents the slot machines, the thrill of gambling, and the penguin losing track of both time and money.
